Two new Winlog Pro specific licenses for IOlog applications

Two new specific Winlog Pro licenses are now available for the development and execution of IOlog applications, ie applications that use only SS-3000 modules. The two licenses refer to applications with only one SS-3000 module (W-IOlog-Lite) or with any number of SS-3000 modules (W-IOlog-USB)
