Sielco Sistemi offers customers a personalized technical support service that gives access to the best technical expertise and get the most efficient solution to the given problem.
Technical support is available for free in the first 6 months after purchase of a Winlog Pro or Winlog Evo development license.
After the initial free support period, technical support is available through paid support contracts. A support contract entitles the customer to technical assistance for the current calendar year (*):

By Telephone: in case of emergency
By TeamViewer: when necessary
(*) At the first signing of the contract, the price will be revised to align with the actual months of validity of the contract.
Training Courses
Sielco Sistemi offers its customers training courses at various levels for the use of the Winlog Pro and Winlog Evo SCADA platforms. In addition to the basic training course, customized advanced courses are available based on the customer’s needs and the software’s application area. Courses are normally conducted remotely via the Zoom platform, although training sessions can also be arranged at the customer’s premises.
Basic training course
Intended for users with little to no experience with Winlog who want to quickly acquire the skills needed to begin developing applications. The course consists of two 3-hour modules.
Advanced training course
Intended for users who already have experience using Winlog but wish to gain a deeper understanding of specific topics or require technical assistance to identify the solutions most suitable for the end customer’s requirements. Because of this, each new course is tailored to the customer’s specific needs. Usually, the course is split into 3-hour modules, with a maximum of two modules per day.
SecureBridge Remote Maintenance
Sielco Sistemi offers Winlog Evo users with an innovative remote maintenance tool, SecureBridge, that allows the developer to connect to and operate remotely on the customer’s local machine, using a variety of TCP protocol services (RDP, HTTP, FTP, VNC, PLC tunnel, …).
This makes it possible to start Remote Desktop sessions, edit web pages, and remotely program devices (PLC, instruments, drives, …) without a direct connection to the machine (static IP, DNS or other).
For customers who only use remote maintenance occasionally, Sielco Sistemi offers the SecureBridge service for free (up to 6 hours a year and one gigabyte of traffic). For a continuous and professional remote maintenance service, Sielco Sistemi offers annual payment contracts.
The contract allows use of the service for the current calendar year, with the following limitations:
Up to 300 connection hours
Up to 50 gigabytes of total traffic
